Estem parlant de <strong>L\u2019Eduard Agell xef de Cal Pachurri amb la marca \u2018Origen Mediterrani\u2019<\/strong>, que va ser galadornat a Val\u00e8ncia el 2022 com el millor Plat d\u2019Or de la Gastronomia Espanyola i del xef Eric Montes, jove cuiner que al 2021 va guanyar el primer premi al European Young Chef Award i que al 2022 ha guanyat el premi a la millor recepta euroregional que convoca la fira Aliment\u00e0ria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Disposem doncs d\u2019unes oportunitats \u00faniques: un territori geogr\u00e0ficament privilegiat, persones amb talent i empreses compromesos amb la nostra ciutat.
